Frequently asked questions

How do I remove the watermark?

Free exports carry a small watermark. Tap the … button in the top-left corner of the Documents screen, then choose Remove Watermark. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

I bought it before but the watermark is back

Tap … (top-left) › Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Where are my scans stored?

Inside the app's private storage on your device. okLens has no servers and no accounts, and never uploads your documents. Deleting the app deletes all scans, so export anything you want to keep first.

How do I export?

Tap Select (top-right), pick one or more scans, then use the export buttons at the bottom to save images to Photos or to build a PDF.

Does okLens work without an internet connection?

Yes. Every feature works in Airplane Mode. The only network activity is Apple's own App Store handling of the optional purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
