Privacy Policy

This policy applies to okLens, a document scanner app for iPhone.
Summary
We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal data or documents. okLens has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Everything you scan stays in okLens's private storage on your device.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
okLens does not collect your name, email address, phone number, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, usage statistics, or crash reports. We operate no backend that could receive them.
We have no technical means of seeing what you scan.
2. Camera Access
okLens asks for camera permission so you can photograph the document in front of you.
- The camera is used only while the scanning screen is open, and only to capture the photo you take by pressing the shutter.
- We do not record video or audio.
- We do not access the camera in the background.
- Captured images are written directly into okLens's private storage on your device.
3. Photos Access
okLens touches your photo library in two distinct, narrowly scoped ways.
3.1 Saving a scan to Photos (only when you choose to)
When you tap "Save to Photos", okLens writes the selected scan into your photo library.
This uses add-only permission (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription). okLens can write new photos but cannot read, browse, or delete anything already in your library.
3.2 Importing from Photos (only what you pick)
"Import from Photos" opens Apple's system photo picker, which runs outside okLens as a separate process.
okLens receives only the specific images you select. It is never granted access to the rest of your library, and it does not request photo library read permission at all.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
Everything okLens stores lives on your device and never leaves it:
- Scan images — saved in okLens's private app storage (the sandbox), which iOS protects from other apps.
- A local index — the name and creation time of each scan, kept in a file alongside the images.
- Preferences — your language selection and the "Enhance Scan Quality" toggle.
- Purchase status — whether the watermark-free upgrade is active.
Deleting a scan in okLens permanently removes its image file from your device. Deleting the okLens app removes all scans along with it.
Because iOS includes app data in device backups, your scans may be present in your own iPhone backups (iCloud Backup or an encrypted local backup). Those backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy and your own settings, not by us.
5. In-App Purchase (Pro)
okLens offers one non-consumable, one-time purchase that removes the watermark from exports.
The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit 2. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. What okLens receives on your device is a cryptographically signed confirmation of whether the purchase is active.

6. Network Access
okLens makes no network requests of its own. It has no API to call.
The only network activity associated with the app is Apple's own StoreKit communicating with the App Store to fetch the product price and validate a purchase. That traffic goes to Apple, not to us.
7. Third-Party Services
okLens contains no third-party SDKs — no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no attribution or tracking frameworks. It is built entirely on Apple's own frameworks.
8. Children's Privacy
okLens does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects nothing at all, it presents no data-collection risk to children.
9. Your Rights
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on your behalf.
Control rests entirely with you: your scans are on your device, and you can delete any of them individually, or remove all of them by uninstalling the app.
10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

二、相机权限
okLens 申请相机权限，是为了让你拍摄面前的文档。
- 相机仅在扫描界面打开时使用，且仅用于捕捉你按下快门时拍摄的那张照片。
- 我们不录制视频或音频。
- 我们不会在后台访问相机。
- 拍摄的图像直接写入 okLens 在你设备上的私有存储。
三、相册权限
okLens 会以两种彼此独立、范围极窄的方式接触你的相册。
3.1 保存扫描件到相册（仅当你主动选择时）
当你点击「保存到相册」，okLens 会把选中的扫描件写入你的相册。
这里使用的是仅添加权限（NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription）。okLens 可以写入新照片，但无法读取、浏览或删除你相册中已有的任何内容。
3.2 从相册导入（只拿你选中的那几张）
「从相册导入」调起的是 Apple 的系统照片选择器，它作为独立进程运行在 okLens 之外。
okLens 只会收到你明确选中的那些图片，永远不会获得相册其余内容的访问权，也完全不申请相册读取权限。
四、设备本地存储
okLens 存储的所有内容都在你的设备上，从不离开：
- 扫描图片 —— 保存在 okLens 的私有 App 存储（沙盒）中，iOS 会保护它不被其他 App 读取。
- 本地索引 —— 每个扫描件的名称和创建时间，与图片存放在一起。
- 偏好设置 —— 你选择的语言，以及「增强扫描清晰度」开关。
- 购买状态 —— 去水印升级是否已生效。
在 okLens 中删除扫描件，会永久删除设备上对应的图片文件。卸载 okLens，所有扫描件随之一并删除。
由于 iOS 会将 App 数据纳入设备备份，你的扫描件可能出现在你自己的 iPhone 备份中（iCloud 备份或加密的本地备份）。这些备份受 Apple 的隐私政策和你自己的设置管辖，与我们无关。
五、内购（Pro）
okLens 提供一项非消耗型、一次性的购买，用于去除导出文件上的水印。
交易全程由 Apple 通过 App Store 使用 StoreKit 2 处理。我们从不接触也从不接收你的银行卡信息、账单地址或 Apple 账户凭据。okLens 在你设备上收到的，只是一份「该购买是否有效」的加密签名结果。

六、网络访问
okLens 自身不发起任何网络请求，它没有可调用的接口。
与本 App 相关的唯一网络活动，是 Apple 自己的 StoreKit 与 App Store 通信以获取商品价格和校验购买。该流量发往 Apple，不发往我们。
七、第三方服务
okLens 不包含任何第三方 SDK —— 没有统计分析、没有广告、没有崩溃收集、没有归因或追踪框架。它完全基于 Apple 自有框架构建。
八、儿童隐私
okLens 不会在知情或不知情的情况下收集任何人（包括 13 岁以下儿童）的数据。由于本 App 完全不收集数据，对儿童不存在数据收集方面的风险。
九、你的权利
我们没有持有你的任何数据，因此不存在需要我们代为披露、更正、导出或删除的内容。
控制权完全在你手中：扫描件在你的设备上，你可以逐个删除，也可以通过卸载 App 一次性清除全部。
十、政策变更
若本政策发生变更，我们会更新本页面并修改上方的生效日期。重大变更也会在 App 的版本更新说明中标注。
