Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
On first launch the app is empty and offers three suggested folder names. Tap one, for example Important Documents, to create a folder. Open it, tap the round + button at the bottom right, and pick the photos or videos you want to bring in.
Does importing reduce the quality?
No. Album Pro copies the original file byte for byte. Live Photos stay Live, GIFs still animate, HEIC stays HEIC, and 4K or slow-motion video keeps its original quality. The EXIF data and the original capture date are preserved.
What are the free limits, and how do I remove them?
The free version allows 3 folders and 50 items. Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner, then Unlock Everything. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Everything you have already imported stays unlocked forever. Even without paying you can always view it, move it, delete it, and export it back to Photos.
I bought it before but the limits are back
Tap the gear icon (top-left) › Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
I deleted the originals from Photos. Can I get them back?
Yes, for 30 days. When Album Pro removes the originals they go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where you can restore them at any time within 30 days. After that Photos removes them permanently.
How do I put something back into Photos?
Tap Select (top right), choose one or more items, then tap Export at the bottom. Under Settings › Date when exporting you can choose whether exported items carry today's date — so they appear at the top of Photos and are easy to find — or keep their original capture date.
I forgot my passcode
A forgotten passcode cannot be recovered. We store only a salted hash of it, so neither you nor we can read it back. The only way in is to delete and reinstall the app, which also deletes its contents. The app warns you about this before you set a passcode.
Where is my content stored? What happens if I delete the app?
Inside the app's private storage on your device. Album Pro has no servers and no accounts, and never uploads anything. Deleting the app deletes its contents with it. If you have removed the originals from Photos, keep a backup you are comfortable with.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. The app contains no networking code at all, and every feature works in Airplane Mode. The only network activity is Apple's own App Store handling of the optional purchase.
Can I change the language?
Yes. Settings › Language. The change takes effect immediately, without restarting. Nine languages are supported.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

常见问题
怎么开始用？
首次打开时是空的，会给出三个建议的文件夹名。点其中一个（比如重要证件）建好文件夹， 进去后点右下角的圆形 + 按钮，挑选要导入的照片或视频。
导入会压缩画质吗？
不会。相册Pro 复制的是原始文件本身，一个字节都不改。实况照片还是实况，GIF 依然会动， HEIC 还是 HEIC，4K 和慢动作视频保持原始画质。EXIF 和原始拍摄时间完整保留。
免费版有什么限制，怎么解除？
免费版可以创建 3 个文件夹、导入 50 项内容。点左上角的齿轮图标， 选解锁无限。一次买断，不是订阅。
已经导入的内容永远不会被锁定。即使不付费，你也随时可以查看、移动、删除， 以及导出回系统相册。
之前买过，换手机后限制又回来了
点左上角齿轮 › 恢复购买。请确认登录的是当初购买时使用的同一个 Apple 账户。
删掉了系统相册里的原件，还能找回吗？
30 天内可以。相册Pro 删除原件时，它们会进入「照片」App 的「最近删除」， 30 天内随时可以恢复。超过 30 天后由系统永久移除。
怎么把内容导回系统相册？
点右上角的选择，勾选一项或多项，再点底部的导出。 在设置 › 导出时的日期里可以选择导出的内容用今天的日期 （这样它会排在相册最前面，好找），还是保留原始拍摄日期。
忘记启动密码了怎么办？
密码一旦忘记就无法找回。我们只保存它加盐后的哈希值，你和我们都读不出原文。 唯一的办法是删除并重新安装 App —— 这会同时清空里面的内容。设置密码前 App 会明确提示这一点。
内容存在哪里？卸载 App 会怎样？
存在 App 在你设备上的私有存储区。相册Pro 没有服务器、没有账号，不会上传任何内容。 卸载 App 会连同里面的内容一起删除。如果你已经删掉了系统相册里的原件， 请自行保留一份你放心的备份。
没有网络能用吗？
可以。App 不含任何联网代码，全部功能在飞行模式下都能正常使用。 唯一的联网行为是苹果自身处理那笔可选的内购。
可以换语言吗？
可以。设置 › 语言，选完立即生效，不用重启。共支持九种语言。
如何退款？
购买由苹果处理，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请退款。
